If the beer you received is not as advertised or has any quality issues, please contact us immediately with your order number. Include the name of the beer in question, a description of the issue, and an image of the beer. We will address this with our brewing team and, after investigating the quality issue, will issue a refund for the item.
If your beer arrived damaged, please contact us, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Once we have received your merchandise return or processed your quality complaint, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.
