Inspired by the IPAs that got us into beer, Solo is bold and hoppy, taking a step back to a time when IPAs were heavy on bitterness. This is a single-malt, single-hop brew to showcase the biscuit flavours of Maris Otter, as well as the different layers of flavour and aroma that UK Cascade hops deliver when used at different stages of the brewing process.
