For this collab with Edinburgh brewers Barney’s Beer, we’ve chosen a malt-forward base, mixing heritage and Scottish malt, fermented using a Scottish yeast strain from our friends at Jasper Yeast. A bitter, piney and resinous IPA, with a grassy complexity brought by the hefty dose of Zappa, Chinook, Cascade, Cashmere and Columbus hops.
