The Omija Berry is known as the five-flavour fruit, delivering Sour, Sweet, Bitter, Salty and Spicy flavours. We discovered this red Korean berry while on a trip to Korea a few months prior to starting up Colbier, and have been determined to brew a beer with it ever since. After asking advice from our friends at Jasper yeast, we decided to team up to develop this unusual summer sour.
